Making Progress Visible for UNDP Mauritania: From Data to Strategic Planning and Impact Reporting
UNDP Mauritania engaged the MOLLITIA–PICTOR consortium to design a complete Monitoring & Evaluation system and a concept note for a national digital reporting platform aligned with UNDP standards.
The goal is to make results easier to track, use for planning, and report with clarity and accountability.

Capacity Building and Sustainability Support Mission through Knowledge Capitalization, under the project “Inventory of Forest, Rangeland, and Olive Resources.”
Tunisia worked with FAO (funded by the World Bank) to strengthen the national inventory of forest, rangeland, and olive resources by improving data quality for sustainable management and decision-making.
The mission designed a sustainability monitoring system and a 2025–2027 roadmap to secure long-term continuity and institutional ownership.
